These lights I received in August do not work now! Cant shut them off or change mode unless I take out battery

For over three months now, I can not place my EBT approved order without going through an exhausting amount of time and numerous people in customer service at Amazon on the phone. Once an approved order does clear checkout the ordeal only repeats with the next effort to order. Items are approved by SNAP/EBT and have been processed previously BUT are blocked again, starting the cycle all over again.

Amazon is charging me monthly for Amazon Prime. I didn't ask for it. I don't want it. Please credit my bank for ALL the months funds came out. Thank you ID

My husband bought a wifi device, order reference QA157552**** via Amazon app and delivery today. When the workman delivery to my home, he said we need to get a 6-digits pin, otherwise, he cannot give the product my husband. However, we never got this 6-digits pin. Please inform the vendor or send a 6-digits pin to my husbands mobile phone number +44 7826****25. Your prompt reply would be much appreciated.

Refund not being credited
I returned this item and the seller has reportedly refunded the amount of 10.94 in 8/21 and the amount still has not been credited to my account. I contacted seller using amazon assistant and was told to contact amazon directly. It has been well-passed the amount of time listed on your refund information posts.

Disappointed in return mode
After ordering a Diyeenius Hilitand flip mobile online,advertised by Amazon as suitable for kids or seniors, the phone arrived after a month.However,it cannot be used in present settings,because it only works on 3 G,according to my phone connection provider who says it must be used on 5 G. Trial to return the item was not successful,and Amazon Customer Service left me hanging. Usually,I have been satisfied with any return service,but now am going to avoid making orders trusting the quality of products advertised
