No delivery to Hawaii

I put in an order for a women's cotton tank top tshirt. I received a message that this item could not be delivered to Hawaii.

When I first called Amazon to inquire why there was no shipment to Hawaii, I was told there was a problem with the website. It will be corrected and to order again after 24 hours. 24 hours later, I tried ordering. I still could not order, I called again.

I was told there was no problem. I was told Amazon does not deliver to an offshore country. OFFSHORE COUNTRY??? I told the agent, you realize Hawaii is part of the United States.

I have ordered many clothes before which were delivered. Then I was told the State of Hawaii did not allow them to deliver to Hawaii. Really? Hawaii residents order from Amazon daily.

The next excuse was, did you try ordering a different color or size. What difference does that make!!! I then spoke to 5 more agents who didn't have a clue why a cotton tshirt couldnt be mailed to Hawaii. Then there was I have to order $35 worth.

No, this is a prime item with free shipping, no minimum required. Unbelieveable!!!

Amazon knew that I was hacked; and I got no conformation from them on the status of my account. They knew that someone had my gained access to my information and they willingly let 4 pages of my items go, to the wrong location.They didn't reach out to me, they did not...

Two hackers willingly got into my account without my knowing, they did not email me, until August 5th, regained access, and a month later, it's hacked again. That means these *** have willingly had access to my information for months, and they don't give a *** I wonder if I can sue them.

I had 4 pages of orders that never came to my house, not an email, not a text, "We believe this is happening..." great, fix that *** Better yet, give me a gift card. 4 pages of stuff got sent to my hackers!

They do not care about customer service, they care that you continue using their services. 0/10 for "Customer Service, at the bottom is the hackers on Reddit, willingly, confessing to it!

Questioyes there is still an issue. I'm not getting any notices via email from you when I place an order. I used to get emails stating what I ordered, the price of it, a confirmation and a tracking

I used to get emails with a picture of what I ordered, a confirmation #, a price, and a tracking number. I talked to a representative at pissed customer few days ago, and he talked me through adding my email address to my account. He said it was updated and that I would receive emails now. I ordered another item, and still received nothing. I am definitely a missed off customer. At the bottom of this page it says to add a receipt #. How can I add it when I didn't get it. What's happened to the old America? There is NO integrity left in the work force anymore

No fraud department

As a Prime member for the last 12 years, I had no complaints with Amazon, until my account was hacked. I've spent hours every day trying to get this taken care of to no avail. So I asked to speak with the Fraud Dept, and I was told that Amazon doesn't have a Fraud Dept.!! I've already had to cancel one credit, and I'm still getting charges that I didn't make, so now I have to cancel the other card I was using to take the place of the first one. The whole thing is insane and I'm am extremely frustrated and angry!!! :-(

About a returned packaged

No one helped with my issue! I am going to be charged with an item I returned but the company is saying I did not return it!!! So I had to pay $5.00 dollars for a lawyer to help me with this issue!! WTF!!! So I guess I am going to be charged for an item I returned! Thanks Amazon! This is the second time this happened to me!!!
