misleading "high rated comments." Because of my severe arthritis I was looking for something to carry my groceries. Based on the "outstanding reviews" on the Lumex RJ4700R Set n' Go Height Adjustable Rollator I ordered this product. The first, and only thing, I checked was the size of the pouch, below the seat. This is not a pouch, it's more like a coin purse made of very thin plastic. I find that the picture & the comments are not accurate. Also, the carton has a flimsy plastic handle (more like a piece of scotch tape) which broke when I pulled it from the packaging box. I emailed the co. and requested a refund for the above reasons. I rec'd a reply which says in part: "Your RA # is being processed by Graham Field which takes anywhere from 2-3 business days, and they do have a 25% restocking fee." I emailed them back regarding this fee and that I threw the box to the garbage where it belongs. This item is very heavy and I don't see how a senior or someone with severe arthritis, like me, could possibly lift it, put it in a car or push it. It appears that the numerous complaints against Amazon and its outside vendors are accurate.

When I ordered an item I was informed that it would be delivered in 6 days, despite my being a prime member. When it did not arrive, I checked my orders and found that it had not yet been shipped, with no indication of when it would be. I then did a chat on line, with long wait times, and learned that it would be 2-3 weeks before the item shipped. If I had been told this at the time I ordered, I would not have placed the order. Amazon needs to pay more attention to treating its customers honestly.

I finally, GLADLY, quit Amazon Prime. Their prices keep going up and up and their so-called Amazon Video, well, we never could find anything worth watching. We used to use the Prime all the time to send gifts, buy personal items etc., but hardly watched the Prime videos because there was nothing of value there. Some of the items we were buying at Amazon were household/grocery types of goods I was seeing more often how Amazon wanted us to "group" items to get the supposedly include in Prime 2-day shipping. No Amazon, you can't change the rules of the game after you have taken the "membership fees" without forever losing a customer. Vote with your CC (money)!

Addendum to my 1 st letter to Mr. Raghavender- I have researched the promotional balance- of $34.75 all over Amazon. I have discovered that there is no record of this amount-and this would account for the lack of Amazon being able to apply this -my balance due to me-to any product I purchase-regardless of whatever manner you stated- state-or will state in the future. I did discover I do have a promotional balance-see attached: As you can see I am owed $26.00 in the Amazon MP3 Category- $25.00 in the Amazon Video Category- $25.00 in the Kindle Editions Category. Total = $76.00. All this when I was never able to view any prime videos in 2015- never bought any music- nor bought any kindle books. I gather-this must be a ploy- as to entice me to spend additional monies -then and only then will I ever see the $76.00 refer below in black and white- only if I spend money to buy other Prime video/music/kindle products. Kind of a coercion process- I suspect. Again- the $35.75 owed- appears nowhere- so how can it be applied- since no one knows of it's existence besides you and I- and remember I have your e-mail that validates this amount. I did not pull it out of hat. I am forwarding this all for your review- and assessment. My impression is that there is something terribly wrong here- and should be addressed. Since you are the Assistant of Mr. Bezo- you probably are the person to do so. Unless you prefer I forward all the above - in the form of a Presidential Complaint- and notify others- which I rather not do-in lieu I am sure this is a computer glitch-and an obvious over site by your Organization. I have now spent an enormous amount of time- reading all your correspondence about policy of Amazon- the products that change- and that it would automatically be applied at the appropriate time. Well Sir- since no one knows of this besides you and I- I can't see it ever being applied to anything-and the fact that $76.00 is owed me in the Prime area- you may want to reconsider your 1 month extension of Prime services-not that I really need it-since if I buy something it shall always be over $35.00 and the shipping shall always be free. I suggest you review your position on this matter- and come up with something equitable-otherwise-I shall contact the FCC- and other Government Agencies-and consult an Attorney about this matter-and the manner your firm does business. Having said that there should be some fairness for the sellers as well. I agree Amazon is a terrible company. I've heard a lot of horror stories with employees were in there as well. The prime membership stuff for buyers I agree Amazon is a terrible company.

Amazon Fresh-You now have to spend $299 to use Amazon Fresh. I use it about four times a year. Who in their right mind would pay $300 a year to have groceries delivered four times? There is no way to opt out. Other grocery delivery places charge $10 per delivery unless you order over a certain amount. I spent 2 1/2 hours navigating their site only to find out at checkout that I had no choice but to cancel the order or sign up get my groceries and cancel. It took me another hour to reach someone as I originally thought due to their advertisement that this was some sort of add-on to Prime Now that allowed you to pick a set # of items you usually have to restock weekly and have it delivered. Imagine my surprise when I found out it was actually more of a delivery fee. I'm already a member of Prime and am growing more discontented with it as the 2 day free shipping is now more often than not ineligible for the items I purchase and the prime video changed their connection so now you have to scroll through all of their movies in no particular order to find something you actually want to watch. There used to be a lot of good shows and movies on it, they've removed a lot of them and you have to rent them now but the B movies and *** no one wants to watch is still on there. Amazon was doing so well for a while. They were anticipating our needs and growing in those areas. I don't know who is in charge of all the Prime stuff but they are seriously screwing it up and I'm about to cancel all of my membership here.

What's really going on is legitimate pharmaceutical companies in the US like Vox, to name one but there are other, are manufacturing supplements and beauty products and then offering to private label them for people who want to market them to make money. The variety of labels for each company you see are simply marketing companies selling legitimate supplements that are made in a US FDA inspected facility.

The reason many look similar is they are similar. They are made in the same place, and the designers at the pharmaceutical companies also are designing custom labels for the marketing companies that meet FDA guidelines.

The way the various marketing companies complete against each other is by offering the product at a discounted price to people to try out and then review through companies like AMZ Review Trader, to name one. The more reviews they get, the higher they appear in Amazon's search results.

It's really just a game between marketing companies all selling very similar to identical products and competing against each other for sales.

Some of the competitors will write negative reviews about their rivals too to make them look bad to try to steal their sales.
