No this been issue that I have spoken to them on numerous occasions and it has been resolved. Only couple months later my account gets same message suspicious activity on account. I cant order after successfully doing this with deliveries and access to my purchased books.

I have problems logging in to my account and List. I get stressed out trying to sign in to my Amazon account. Ihave shopped Amazon Prime for quite a long time Why now am I facing these issues?

This associate was able to help unlike previous associates--
I changed phones and phone companies-- I ended up with 2 different accounts-- I had some items on a automatic refill however was unable to see them in my new phone-- so I could not control items sent-- I could not stop-- I could not return-- I would call customer service-- I hated to call-- some would help some would not-- one associate told me to call my bank and dispute the orders that way-- I thought that was a dumb way to resolve this issue-- I'm hoping that this is my last time calling-- I hate it --and it's time spent that I'll never get back---its frustrating for me and for associates--

Fraudulent phone calls
Fraudulent calls concerning purchases I did not make, such as iPhones, I receive these calls several times a week. I need to know if my account has been hacked or are the calls authentic. A verification from someone legitimate would be very much appreciated.

Misunderstanding
There was a misunderstanding about an order I placed. I called customer service and everything was taken care of. I got my package delivered only not the way I thought. I am used to my packages being delivered to my door but they were delivered to an Amazon box that I did not have access to at the time. When I contacted Amazon I spoke with a lady by the name of Nancy and she was able to log me into the system and all was resolved.
