I am one of the country's below-the-poverty-line citizens, on my tiny monthly government check for most of my adult life with absolutely nothing else. This, of course, means that I face problems that most others don't, including getting my monthly Amazon order actually paid for.
It will say 'arriving' for like a week or more, with my bank account only ever saying 'pending' - until, finally, like 2 weeks later, saying... 'payment revision needed' because I had, just get this, other things to pay for from places where you, you know, just pay. Wait to order, you say? If I need it *this month*, I *cannot* 'wait.' And since there's no definite way of knowing when the *** Amazon order will actually clear - and this for essentials that I must order asap - that cannot wait *either*.
I go through this nonsense every single month and I am *absolutely sick and f+ing tired*.
This *** show of a policy goes back only for the past few years, I *know* because I'm a very old Amazon customer - ever since it went online - and I've only been struggling like this for maybe 3 or 4 years. Get Amazon to just take your freaking money *at the time of order*, Amazon customers, even if you're one of the lucky ones with a normal income who this f*cked-up policy doesn't affect!!!

FedEx is not allowed on my property because their driver that was assigned to our address is crazy and rude and cussed my daughter out and acted crazy and then her boss came and acted crazy and so they are disallowed from our property. So we switched to a subscription of dog food with you having to leave our perfectly wonderful chewy membership because chewy contracts with FedEx.
We start with you, which has always been fine and then suddenly you take it upon yourself to have our dog food delivered to us by FedEx, which are again not allowed on my property so they deliver it to our our destined delivery spot, which is the Dollar General in my town. Which Means that I now have to go get my big heavy box of dog food from the Dollar General in my town.
Also, it means that they lie and they say that they delivered it to my address on December 24 and they did not. They delivered it here to the Dollar General in my town.

After three phone calls I was finally issued credit. It should not of taken that long since I submitted proof of my return.
However, on my Amazon account it is still showing that my return needs to be sent.
Very annoying. Where exactly is this return since it was sent in the same box that my other return was sent in???
Still have not received a credit for an item I have returned. I submitted my proof of return to Amazon during my second call.
Horrible. Thank God I asked for a receipt.

I received an email from you saying my email was changed! I did not request that!
I can no longer log in! It was changed to shawnacosta@***.com. They have my bank info!

Hola, tengo un problema con mi pedido que aparece que ya lo recibí, pero aún no he recibido nada. He estado esperando ayer todo el día en casa y es mentira que ya lo entregó. No es justo, deseo que me hagan el reembolso de mi dinero.
