Someone (who I now HATE because of this) gave me an Amazon Gift card. I redeemed the stupid thing but couldn't order without adding a credit card!
That is sooooo stupid! Ok... So I did all that clicked a wrong button and couldn't order or find my $40! Then when I called the Customer Service line not only did the lady have the biggest accent that I have ever heard but she got upset with me for not understanding here!
Why can't you guys be like Walmart? They didn't need an additional card just to order!
This is stupid and I will never let any of my family (All 44 of us) shop here again! Screw you guys!!!

I ordered an item. It was delayed for shipment.
I waited over a month for item to be shipped. When I went to track my order today it was gone. Like it never existed. Not in my orders not in my buy again not in my recent purchase.
So I called customer service. They were rude and very unsympathetic. Told me the item I ordered was cancelled. I informed them I did not cancel it that its my daughters birthday gift she picked out.
The agent said I had ordered from a bad seller. And that my money would be refunded. I said no thats unacceptable. Its amasons responsibility to verify their sellers.
She said no they dont do any research in sellers and anyone can sell on Amazon until there is a reported problem. I said that was not a very good policy sounded like something Wish would do. I asked for a similar item and *** getting it without waiting another month. She said nothing else they could do just refund.
I asked for supervisor. She got angry and said fine Ill transfer you but they wont do anythjng for you either. When I talked to supervisor Allen H. He was confrontational and would not even allow me to speak.
Kept talking over me. Saying nothing they can do. I need to accept it. I asked for his supervisor and he hung up on me.
So I called corporate the receptionist said they dont deal with customer service or problems there. I said I want to talk to someone who is overseeing customer service department. She laughed and said you can give me your info but I doubt anyone will bother to call you back From corporate. I gave it to her and actually got a call back.
This guy was legit. It seemed. He said he would help me get similar item and take care of it. He said he had to transfer me to a specialist and they would finish up helping me.
When he transferred me the representative had no idea what was going on and thought I just called there. I said no corporate transferred me and she said basically she didnt believe me and hung up on me. I called corporate back and different receptionist said she had no way of finding out who called me and that corporate didnt deal with customers there was nothing they could do.
So here I am no gift and have to tell my daughter she isnt getting the item I already promised her that I had ordered. This is something I would expect from Wish.
