I keep getting sticky traps and pet wipes. I have been sending them back to the company. Every time they tell me that they're coming, I put refusal or cancel, and neither has happened.

I purchased a tumble dryer for my 95-year-old father-in-law from Amazon which was delivered end of January. He only had it five days and the tumble dryer stopped working. It wasn’t heated. I called Am

I purchased a tumble dryer from Amazon for my 95-year-old father-in-law it was ordered January 29 and arrive the 9th of February within five days of tumble dryer stopped working. I called Amazon and they arranged a delivery pick up for me.
I explained that he just broken his leg and he may get time to get to the door they didnt. They just went off that was number one delivery, the second delivery was arranged. They turned up and they said they wouldnt accept it as it was too heavy but they knew they were picking up a tumble dryer. Arranged another delivery for some reason that delivery never turned out.
Ive got on again to Amazon complaining this is the third time again it never turned up again got onto Amazon young lady there said I will arrange a special delivery. No one else just them to pick it up. They came today looked at the tumble dryer and said they couldnt take it in this age with a reputable company as Amazon all I want done is to take the tumble dryer away and for my refund to go into my bank account five times and it still sitting in my 95-year-old father-in-laws lounge , how would you feel?
After having this experience with Amazon? Ive spent over an hour or so of my time arranging these appointments and having the same thing still to get onto the telephone I am not a very happy customer.

I went on the Amazon Prime app and canceled my subscription of $16.04 because y'all charge me that every month, but when I go to watch a show, y'all still want me to rent it. So I canceled it, and I have proof of this.
And then y'all charged me $16.04 yesterday. I need a call back and my money back ASAP.

Dear Amazon Customer Service Team,
I am writing regarding a critical issue with my recent orders, for which I have not received any resolution so far.
I placed an order scheduled to be delivered to Kissimmee, Florida, on January 30, 2026 (Order #114-867****-494****). However, Amazon notified me of a delivery problem and asked me to wait for further confirmation.
Shortly after, I received another notification stating that the delivery had failed and that the order could not be delivered.
As a corrective action, Amazon indicated that I could place a replacement order.
Following this guidance, I placed a new order (Order #114-909****-708****) to be delivered as needed.
The issue is that:
I still have no confirmation of delivery for the second order.
The first order, which was not delivered, was not canceled.
I have now been charged twice, and no order has been delivered.
This situation is extremely urgent. I need one of these orders to be delivered no later than February 4, 2026, as I am waiting for this item before traveling.
Additionally, I require the cancellation and full refund of Order #114-867****-494****, which was never delivered.
Please treat this matter with urgency and confirm:
Immediate delivery status of Order #114-909****-708**** by February 4, 2026.
Cancellation and refund confirmation for Order #114-867****-494****.
Assurance that I will not be charged twice for undelivered items.

Wrong apartment deliveries

- - Drivers repeatedly deliver to the wrong apartment; doors have a number and a letter.

Drivers are continually delivering packages to the wrong apartment All doors have a number and a letter on them. There is no excuse for this.

Problem with getting products I did not order
- - Requesting reversal of charge for 2 bottles of dog allergy pills.
- - They did not order the product, do not have a dog, and are discouraged with Amazon.
