Didn't get my order
Delivery Driver placed my package outside back door instead of opening the door and placing inside. I had to work today and by the time I got home someone stole my package! Drivers need more training to prevent this from happening. Also use common sense ! I prolly won't order anything else at Amazon if stupid stuff like this happens. I won't recommend to anyone either.Drivers I'm sure get paid good to deliver so they need to have more care of customers packages !

I paid with an Amazon gift card.
Now you tell me you used it to pay for an order that had been paid for and delivered. Then tell orders ship before payment processes. When it wont proceed with orders if funds are not made in full.

Echo Dot issue
Echo dot seems to get hung and always needs to be rebooted. I would reset it and it would repeat the issue after a few hours.
User's recommendation: Associate was very hard to understand and didn’t seemed to be attentive.

Credit card charge
I pay for Amazon prime through my phone provider. Amazon. Billed my credit card for back fees on the account. $67.39 and $8.99 I shut the card off. I have to pay this bill twice.

Never received my product
Ups said they delivered my package but I never received it. I had two packages coming and the first one was delivered to my old address so I went there and got it. The second one said it was delivered to my old address but when I went to get it, it was not there. Ups says I have to take it up with you. But it is not easy to contact you and actually talk with someone.
