After 2 years of your 2 step verification
Its been almost two years of being locked out of my account because of the 2 step verification process. The security question is for a credit card that Im a signatory on.
Im getting coffee, but not to me. Its going to my house that Im on the mortgage to, but my abusive husband? Divorce, now I cant use my account. Im frustrated with Amazon.
Im not happy. I thought that yall were worth something, but I dont know. Amazon doesnt seem to be for people, I wished I could get into my account at Amazon but now I rescind. If you cared about people, then you would pay your workers and your drivers better wages.
When I was trying to purchase stuff for my business you let my abusive husband deny my purchases even thought Im a signatory on the card. If you cared then you would have sent me my own card. The card is on both of our accounts, but the phone I was using was mysteriously taken out of my car, at the time he had a key. Now the two step trys going to that phone.
You want security questions that I didnt set up. Im calling a foreign land to try to explain a complex problem to a non native English speaking person. Its not that persons fault that they took an Americans job. Im trying to talk to someone who knows how American works.
Your company has money, spend it on your workers. Those workers should unionize. Because no matter what citizen United says, corporations are not people. I would not work for Amazon.

My email , address phone number did not match. This upset me because I had been a customer for a long time-
I was rude to the representative because I was confused.
I am working away from home I return on weekends when I am off
I have always used my email and phone number and work address.
My wife had paid the bill last time and when she did she gave them her information. I texted my wife and discovered what had happened. She began gathering information again. I had given her 2 or 3 pieces of correct information.
She asked for a physical address.. I gave her the address- She said that it was in he wrong address. This really infuriated me. I know the address well.

You need to take your name off that credit card and set up an account with a credit card in only your name. Don’t blame Amazon.
