Overcharging
Every month I am charged double for my Amazon prime. I don't understand why this keeps happening it is becoming a serious problem. This is beginning to become more of a problem than you could ever realize. I'm not a billion dollar company like Amazon I'm just a poor joe. Hopefully it won't happen next month. If it does I will talk to everybody that I know not to use Amazon. This is unexcusable..

Credi card number change
I had trouble understanding the process changing my credit card number, but finally understood and geo to the right location and finally understood the procedures. Difficult to understand, had to have stuff repeated. Couldnt find your 800 number. But, problem solved. Needed for Christmas shopping. Prior to getting the 800 number, the computer prompts were not helpful.

Inquiring about a phone call
On Thanksgiving Day I received two separate phone calls from an automated system claiming to be Amazon. I was told that I needed to verify a charge to my account for the purchase of a Apple iPhone 12. Obviously I did not make this purchase and I just hung up the phone. I believe that to be a scam. I believe that they were looking to get some information from me. The Amazon representative was very helpful. I understand that this is going on with a lot of people. Thank you
User's recommendation: Amazon would never randomly call you like that. Do not give any information to anyone who may call trying to verify anything.

Clicked wrong Shipping
Free shipping should be the default, not paid shipping. This is sneaky and I almost always catch it, but you should build good faith my the default shipping being free. Other than that, my phone service was fine.

No info on a charge that i know nothing about. I was notified of a purchase of 14 dollars. I did not make any purchase. I tried to find out what the purchase was, there wasn't any information on what the purchase was.

Stolen items
I had packages that were stolen grow lights grow tent cal mag and 5 gallon grow buckets. The only way to make sure packages aren't stolen. I would like my packages drop on the back door for now on please.
