I Bought a patio set on Amazon when ordering I changed payment method at time of order but Amazon debited my bank account instead for 500.00 . When i asked them to fix their mistake they said they could not as it was ordered from their independent sellers they went further by telling me canceling and redoing order was not possible!!! It Christmas time $500 is a lot of money to be taken from my bank account. You would think it would be easy to reverse payment method and refund my $$$$ but evidently Amazon is unable to perform that customer service I am angry beyond words thanx Amazon for screwing up my bank account!!!!!! Im thinking their just to big to provide customer service and they don't care! Deborah West

Product received the item expired
I'm usually always happy with Amazon. Only a few times have I been disappointed. I have been unable to contact them about a small relatively inexpensive item. I purchased a bottle of key lime juice, that had in fact been expired since October 2021.

We have received a return label from Amazon & not the seller shipping address. (1) can we return the 2 packages with just the return label from Amazon? (2) can we ship it back via fed ex, the same shipping carrier that we received the packages? Thank you
