I spoke with Raji or Rajesh who could hardly speak English and when he did his accent was incomprehensible. He couldn't trace my email and I spelt it out twice using objects to clarify. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. I'm still waiting to receive voucher codes. My payments have been claimed. No vouchers.

Concerning an Amazon account I have

I called Amazon to cancel an order in the process of me following orders from Amazon customer service they led me to believe that my account was being hacked so I followed instructions which this was my first time dealing with Amazon and I ended up being hacked for $600 and I have proof to show I had to get a change of my credit card and a change of all my personal information because of that that's why I refuse to deal with Amazon on all accounts if necessary have a nice day

User's recommendation: I would refer anyone to not deal with Amazon unless they knew who they were talking two two mini look.

Alexa won't connect to Spotify

The agent ran me through the same steps I'd already followed many times then escalated the issue to a ticket for the software team. Spotify runs on our v1 Alexa Echo so I put that back out, but it will not run on the new v4 that I just bought.

User's recommendation: Don't buy Alexa v4 if you stream Spotify through the device.

Stolen 200 from my account

Would give no stars if possible amazon stole 200 from my account then they canceled my account I will never use amazon again and advise no one else either
