Calling about my Prime Membership

I basically asked the representative to check my Prime membership to see why I was not receiving free delivery and he basically told me I see the same thing you see there is nothing I can do about that and he didn't check

User's recommendation: If a customer ask you to check something then you should check it for them not tell them that I see the same thing that you said because the purpose of the call is the fact that I assume you see more than what I can see because you actually work for the company.

Wrong item 2x!!!

I ordered house slippers and received the wrong size. Returned those and received the wrong size again!! Two trips to ups store and no slippers. Customer service representative was polite and helpful.

The wrong size bat was ordered for my 8 year old son for Christmas, I returned gift to get the correct size and instead of getting my refund in 2 to 4 hours I was told to give it until Tuesday and if I dont have it yet to call back. The bat needed to be ordered today to get it before Christmas, I am extremely unsatisfied! The one gift he asked for will not be in for Christmas!

Poor delivery service

Parcel just left in my garden, by the bin, apparently. But certainly not there when I got home. Why is Amazon delivery getting away with just dumping parcels? At least I got a refund, as Amazon are not sure if it was even delivered or to what address. Amazon locker from now on I think

I'm not receiving any emails nor messages about the keyboard I ordered, that suppose to arrive before Christmas.

I placed an order and it doesn't show in my email. I approved this on December 15th, the same day i placed the order.

Not only will I be placing a review but I will be making a video on social media It makes me angry that Amazon would allow a company To defraud you Not checking to see if the people that are selling on their site are even legit. I purchased a pallet of returned items and got my product today I received a package 4" by 4" not a pallet Unfortunately it will be Amazon That will get the blame for this fraud Because they allowed it I don't want a refund I want my pallet of returned electronic items.

Missing part on bunn coffee maker

We recently purchased the bunn coffee maker and it is missing the little disc nut where the water coffee is suppose to come out of leaving my counter saturated with coffee most times.
