Package missing

I had order a phone case with glass temp glass I never received the phone cases I waited 24 hours and still no package showed up. I did ask my neighbors around me they say nothing had been delivered to them with my name or address. I had called Amazon and was supposed to get a refund.

Someone is selling your IP address or posing as amazon.com I got a text message on my phone number saying that there was unusual activity on my Amazon account and that you had locked it and if I dont notify them by tomorrows 4 July 2022 that they were that youre gonna permanently suspended my account

User's recommendation: Make it easier for somebody to talk to a human being enough with the automated stuff is getting ridiculous.

Wrong at it address to get to Lebanon I was sending a gift and I paid for it on the first and it was supposed to be there the next day but I got a message that the address is messed up and when I looked at it there was something and I need to get that changed so that she can get the gift.

I looked up my Amazon orders today and found that an item had been ordered 4 times. This was CIELO Hair product These are the order Numbers :- #112-648****-689**** # 112-211****-399**** #112-967****-803**** #112-598****-528**** Amazon say that I cannot return 3 of these items.
