Amazon's insane AI

Order 2 garage door insulation kits early November. Received one, and an additional item I never ordered. Contacted them for a replacement, which I received. Then Amazon sent me an email instructing me to return the item I never received or they would charge me, again. I called again. They said they straightened it out, then I received an email that the unreturned item had been charged. I called again and they said they would issue a refund, but the charge stuck to my account. Then the status of my return order showed that I had to return the item by Feb 1st. I called again. No customer service rep has been able to over ride their ridiculous automated order system. Open the pod bay door Hal! I'm afraid I cannot do that Dave. This, from the 2nd richest man in the world.

Charge on bank acct

Because Amazon outsources to another country I had difficulty understanding customer service rep and she was unable to understand what I was saying. When I asked to speak with supervisor who may understand me she refused. After much spelling out of what I needed she did sort of help me. Told me I needed to go to my bank to get resolved which I will gladly do and I hope this charge to my bank acct gets resolved ASAP.

User's recommendation: Try not to call Amazon customer service unless it’s an emergency.

Amazon driver didn’t tell the truth

Amazon driver called and told me he was 1 stop away. Then he asked me for a pin. Never did he tell me to look in my messages to get the pin. He called again and stated he was at my house and I informed him that he wasnt because I have cameras and I dont see him. The he put in the system he wasnt able to deliver. He didnt want to deliver because it was raining hard and its was a big package (scooter)

I ordered a metal detector for my son and Amazon took my money off my card but I got a email at 2 something this morning saying my stuff was declined please help I just want the metal detector or my money back.

Good Morning- I placed three orders with Amazon only received one was received .One order was was listed and one was open when it got to my house . I got one refund and one payment back on my card .I had to speak to three different people for the refund to be processed.One was rush delivery but the money was never refunded back to me for the rush delivery.

Grievance

I called your fulfillment center to request a label for a return. I explained to the phone operator that the two return labels that was submitted to me were wrong. FedEx tried to scan the bar code but could not. The Amazon operator said Amazon has no control over third party sellers. I asked for the next level of grievance process and he refused. To be sure I heard him clearly, I said " Are you refusing to send me to grievance" He said "Yes". Totally unacceptable!

Received someone else’s package

I was informed by customer service to dispose of it or contact UPS. I decided to dispose of item. It is not my responsibility to follow up with with delivery issues

Can't log on

I placed an order with Amazon and never got it ,they didnt want to hear anything the UPS driver said he delivered it so its a fact that it was delivered but it never did and they refused to reship or give me a credit so Iam out over $1100. And they couldnt give a ***

Delivery date confirmation incorrect

I just ordered a Christmas tree and Amazon stayed that if order is placed before 12/20 the item will be received delivered before Christmas! But my state member of purchase & payment has the shipment arriving 01/07!! I dont need the tree after Christmas. If they cant honor what they promised I need to cancel this order and be refunded immediately. Thank you.
