Suspicious Activity on my account and its temporarily locked
my email is chadaswatter600@***.com Someone Hacked into my account and used a suspicious card and it logged me out and when i try to log in it says my account is temporarily locked
Question about a charge on my account
Number 1, you have pulled money from my account without my permission. I.ve not asked to be a part of whatever the $15.95 fee is for.
Why do you do that to innocent people? When asked if I wanted to be a part of this I checked no but you still took out the monthly fee. I actually just went through this 3 months ago and thought it was straighten out but you continued to do the same. I've been told that this happens a lot.
This was the third time for me. WOW, it makes me wonder about Amazon.
I've only ordered using you once or twice in the last 3 years. It is really sad that you take people's money like this.

I tried to create an Amazon account. Your system claims I already have an account. This is FRAUD.
I have NEVER created an Amazon account but your system states my email is being used for an account already. This is FRAUD it took me 20 minutes of trying to connect to a real person.
I'm so glad I've never purchased anything from you and I NEVER WILL! It's obvious to me you are not customer service oriented.

Yeah, I tried to explain that I can't get the Amazon deals unless every time my husband gives approval. It didn't used to be like that.
I was on his account with no problem. Then I got a form to fill out and pay with cash so I can join because it's really tough to talk to somebody on the phone. We are on vacation and we don't have a lot of phones to work with.
It's inconvenient to call your husband while trying to talk to somebody with one phone. It seems convenient for your company to keep charging people to join Amazon Prime, versus just letting them share an account that someone else pays for under your rules.
User's recommendation: If I’m a prime member because of my husbands account, they put me on there don’t make me kiss your butt to get what’s rightfully mine if you want everybody to sign up individually, didn’t say it, so I never use again

Terrible. I dont think im going to be buying anything else from amazon they take your money and from then on, the chase is on.
Call this number for customer service and it’s automated. That’s not customer service, that’s robotic service and extremely inexperienced. 9 out of 10 times absolutely of no help. You list a handful of phone numbers.
You should call a few of them and see what I get when I call them. Im 75 years old and wear hearing aids and ever since covid i realize how much I depended on reading lips during conversations. It’s not fair and it’s not right. There’s a joke about a guy who applied for a customer service job and the interviewer said, use the words, green yellow and pink in a sentence.
After a slight pause the applicant said, “ the phone goes green green green and I pink it up and say, Yellow. Well the jokes funny but the actual experience is not. Believe me, it’s not. Ebay is so much easier and friendly.
I like the fast deliveries and the benefits of being on prime but that’s it. The rest of your product selling departments sux. I dont work for you buoy work for me.
Start acting that way. It sux when returns isn’t as important to you as drop offs.
Three separate orders all screwed up and I need help sorting your mess out and returning the right packages with the right items or a return label for everything and just let you guys work thru the details. I NEED YOUR HELP, PLEASE. TY GENO.

I explained my situation to the agent, after I had to repeatedly explain it to the automatic messaging system. The agent disconnected the call after I explained the problem.
Preferred solution: Decent service that I have been promised.

Verified ReviewerMost of my deliveries state”item handed directly to a resident. This is not a fact. I rarely see the delivery person who by the way does a good job except for the delivery description
Most of my past deliveries indicate that the item was handed directly to the resident. I rarely see the driver, so this is not an accurate statement.
I want the driver to stop fabricating the delivery details. He should place the item in my delivery box, and state just that!
