Dissatisfied with description of product

For health reasons I use unscented products. I spent days researching unscented, yet good quality dishwashing pods and I ordered Finish brand pods because they clearly said it was unscented.

When it arrived it was so fragrant!!!

I then went back to double check what it was listed as and it said no fragrance. I then checked the other descriptions on the other Finish products and were all listed as fragrance free. I have asthma and it was dangerous to lie about it being scent free! I got it out of my house and started using my inhaler to offset an asthma attack.

Receiving that package put an immediate stop to my day. Amazon needs to correct the wording on these products.

Membership monthly fee. I want to change to the cheaper annual rate ($139.00) instead of the monthly rate of $16.25. The representative foreign accent was extremely difficult to understand.

The representative could not be understood because of his accent. My issue is 1) why is the monthly rate $16.25 when the web says it should be $14.99 mthly and 2) why am I not being charged the $139.00 annual rate?

I was having issues with a gift card. I called the first time and the person I was talking to.

I dont know if she hang up on me or not, but the phone was hanged up by her side. I called again and another person picked up and he was very generous on the phone with me. Very nice.

Took his time to assist me and I really appreciate it. Thank you so much.

Was waiting almost two weeks for an item. When talking to customer service she said item would still be delivered as informed no show and next thing I knew my charge card was credited back and order canceled but not by me. Was for two weeks item would be here but I was never informed that Amazon canceled my order.

Refund issues

I've been battling with you guys for weeks regarding my refund for the next playground system. Apparently, I have two accounts: one with my email, which I don't have access to, and one with my number that I use.

They keep saying I need to send my driver's license to get my refund, but the email goes to the account I can't use. So now they won't give me a refund and kept the item too. Thus, I'm out $175 with the same hollow solution that doesn't solve the problem!

I'm so frustrated! I will cancel my account when I get my money back.

I believe I was shorted $36.00 and change, but the way it was explained why I wasn't shorted, was not articulated clearly. I feel I was charged at least one amount twice.

My Amazon service was canceled due to the fact that Amazon said that ib disputed charges that were on my Amazon account through my bank, which I did not and my services to Amazon were suspended and disconnected, including my prime am I Amazon Alexa. I am very upset about this see my Amazon prime had been paid for.
