Llegó defectuoso y tengo una semana a la espera de que pasen por el producto y no me dan respuesta sobre cuándo pasarán por el producto para que me hagan la devolución de mi dinero, ya que es error de ustedes y me he visto muy afectado por su falta de compromiso con sus clientes.

Verified Reviewer |When my order of Donna Karen perfume in mist came the mist bottle was halfway filled. And I complained and I complained the customer service and I got no results so I will not be shopping at Amazon.
Amazon is full of *** they're disrespectful they're Liars and their representatives are a pain in the *** and I'm going to tell all my friends on Facebook Twitter everybody never to shop at Amazon again. Because all they had to do was send me another bottle of Donna Karen mist. And you can all go to ***
Representatives could have been a little bit more sensitive. I called three times.
They told me to send in a photo. I sent in a photo but never heard anything else.
All they had to do was send me another bottle of mist. It would have taken care of the problem.
User's recommendation: Do not buy perfume from Amazon because your bottle might be halfway filled and they will do nothing about it and that's not right as the loyal customer.

I ordered sparkle paper towels. It's been three days and I have not received them.
When I check on Amazon, it says that I will receive them at 10 PM, and they arrived the day at 10 PM or I can cancel.
I don't want to cancel; I want the product.

No where did I suggest or say Amazon was responsible. You must be either an Amazon employee or large stockholder.
I would like to see Amazon do something to help their customers from being scammed. Turn a negative situation into a positive situation. Amazon could help monitor with ISBN assignments, domain names, a public warning to customers to watch return email addresses, and many others. If your new car broke, the manufacturer would repair it.
If you bought a new wash machine, you could buy an extended warranty.
Amazon could take a leading role in stopping customers from being scammed. Amazon could develop an anti scamming department and sell anti scamming insurance to its customers.

Wrong delivery
they deliver a package to me thats supposed to have three pieces and it only had two I told him what was missing and they told me I had to return it to a store that in Jamaica Plain. I do not have means of transportation and would like for them to retrieve the package and replace it with the 3 pcs that I paid for.

I have every right to be able to use this service and have not been successful because they dropped my package off at the wrong place or it’s not a complete package these are the issues that I’ve been having. Need someone who compare attention to detail and follow instructions, please

agent was extremely patient with me and very helpful and resolved my issue Back on Prime and now can watch the shows that I want to. I do not want to talk anymore. I think its ridiculous to ask for an answer and someone gives you one and it doesnt have enough words.

Your first post said you filed a LAWSUIT against them, now you say you never suggested or held them responsible. Which is it? (Btw I’m neither employee or stockholder)
I am neither an employee or stockholder. Your statement above, “No where did I suggest or say Amazon was responsible”.
Your original complaint you are referring to statement, “I filed a small claims lawsuit against Amazon”. Those statements’ intent don’t match. Both can’t be true.
If you filed a lawsuit against Amazon, you can’t now claim you don’t hold them responsible. I stand by my comment in your first version of this complaint that you did not honestly answer.
