Had a very upsetting and stressful experience with an Amazon so called supervisor! Brought two $50 Amazon gift cards from my local grocery store, applied one to my account and the other one kept saying error.

Called and spoke to a supervisor called Chloe wow!!! She seriously needs firing was aggressive, obnoxious unhelpful and proceeded to shout at me from the moment she came on the phone to me. Was unhelpful, would not listen to a word I had to say just continued to shout at me down the phone!

I work in customer service and if ever a supervisor spoke to a concerned customer the way she spoke to me they would have been fired on the spot! Disgusting customer service and an absolute disgraceful excuse for a supervisor!!
