Dear Customer Service,

I am writing to request a refund of $20 price difference for this order 113-489****-440****. I have ordered the 'PetFusion Ultimate Orthopedic Dog bed' on Dec 7, priced $119.95.

Today (Dec 9) I received 'PetFusion Ultimate Lounge Dog bed' (See Picture sent to mws-admin@***.com).

At Chewy, the Lounge bed (which is $99) is cheaper than Orthopedic bed (which was $119). But the Orthopedic bed is out of stock at Chewy two days before. That was why I put the order from Amazon. However, I still received the new 'lounge' bed rather than the old 'orthopedic' bed.

If Amazon also only sell the new Lounge bed, that is fine; but please charge me the new price.

In fact, today, Amazon decreases the maybe same dog bed as low as $99.95.

I have called the custom service, but they said there is a system error that she cannot access my account. I cannot request replacement or return online from my account either -- there do have a system error at Amazon

Therefore, I am writing here to request for the $20 refund for price difference.
