Faulty product

Company is not doing what is right and won't pay for return shipping no matter what I do!!! Such a hassle with tte-bike and all they want to do is kick the can down the road!!

Buyer beware and never even think about doing business with them ever again!! I don't believe what I have been through for all the wasted time and diligence I have done!!

Unauthorized charges $16.15

I was charged for prime movies, (supposedly 5) which I know nothing about because I always watch You Tube where the movies are free.

A partial amount was issued but not the entire $16.15. I did not like that.

It was very hard getting through to customer service there was no phone number provided nobody's calling you back like it did before it's not a good system like before where they would call you back with those problems it took an hour on the phone

Amazon has not picked up a return order.

Three time a pick up for a return was scheduled and they didnt show up again. I would not recommend Amazon they dont follow through.

Several time they stated over night deliver and it shows up three days later and I miss my opportunity of need. I order out of need and need the item ordered over night but nope.

Damaged order

Our son ordered something for his Dad, it was badly broken and didn't work. The customer service person I spoke with was hard to understand and a little rude.

A few years ago customer service was great, not so much now.

Hard to reach anyone and they don't seem to know their job. The return at UPS was easy and fast.

Or just return item and I can have gift sent directly to me.

Bad information

Very disappointed in my conversation with Amazon representative. Subscription order was delivered to incorrect address.

I called yesterday and your colleague understood my problem. Asked me to call today when items were delivered to wrong address. Your colleagues today were no assistance.

Told me after a 45 minute wait to call tomorrow.

Unacceptable from Amazon. Maybe I should cancel monthly subscriptions.
