You tell me I brought an aluminum walker for $102.00 last week and haven't received it. Where is it?

Amazon had no problem taking my credit card funds. Where is my damn walker?

They charged me for shipping and they were not supposed to and they took care of it Supposedly We'll see on my next order I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt

Customers service won't help with fraud. No one answered my questions. Could not get anyone to answer the phonee

My last three calls to customer service were dropped without allowing me to add me new debit card for payment to Amazon Prime. My June 2025 payment failed and I need to add my new card and am unable to make orders

I'm not trying to get that upset again. I received an email stating there would be a deposit to my account and I've yet to see it.

I worked at Amazon in Murfreesboro TN. Such a mindless job. They were good at rewarding employees for jobs well done.. But, I.would NEVER work there again.

Package received with a wrong name but a correct address. I did not order it.

So what is it about? It has not happened before.

On July 9, I transaction for $7.99 was taken out of my account I transaction for July 14 $23.31. I need to know what those transaction was for because I did not approve those transactions. Thank you.

this is the second month that they took annual out the monthly on my prime time. I need the 139 put back and do the monthly 1499.

I did receive replacement packages later that day.

Never received first order.

Fast and easy friendly service. Second time I had to call hopefully the last. They should make the number available on the Amazon site instead of having to look for it online.

My account keeps disappearing , when they do find them the email is different, my prime and Amazon music unlimited is gone. I have to prove to them via credit card statements that I did any balance that was on a gift card is gone and now has a o balance 3 times this has happened.

I tried several different ways to contact Amazon

Ordered two items on one ticket and canceled one of the items on that ticket, but they never refunded my bank account for it. I received one of the items but not the refund for the other one.
