I never received my packages that I paid for, and they said that they dropped it off in front due to the picture of the took however, it only had one item!

Company is not doing what is right and won't pay for return shipping no matter what I do!!! Such a hassle with tte-bike and all they want to do is kick the can down the road!!

Buyer beware and never even think about doing business with them ever again!! I don't believe what I have been through for all the wasted time and diligence I have done!!

It was good but I felt like she originally wasnt listening to my issue until I explained I work for Amazon and needed her to listen what my issue was. After that she was very helpful.

I order 2 jackets sent me wrong size, return it, and order again. Second time was sent wrong size Again!

Purchase at Belk and send for the second time to Amazon.

I was charged for prime movies, (supposedly 5) which I know nothing about because I always watch You Tube where the movies are free.

A partial amount was issued but not the entire $16.15. I did not like that.

It was very hard getting through to customer service there was no phone number provided nobody's calling you back like it did before it's not a good system like before where they would call you back with those problems it took an hour on the phone

Three time a pick up for a return was scheduled and they didnt show up again. I would not recommend Amazon they dont follow through.

Several time they stated over night deliver and it shows up three days later and I miss my opportunity of need. I order out of need and need the item ordered over night but nope.

Our son ordered something for his Dad, it was badly broken and didn't work. The customer service person I spoke with was hard to understand and a little rude.

A few years ago customer service was great, not so much now.

Hard to reach anyone and they don't seem to know their job. The return at UPS was easy and fast.

Very disappointed in my conversation with Amazon representative. Subscription order was delivered to incorrect address.

I called yesterday and your colleague understood my problem. Asked me to call today when items were delivered to wrong address. Your colleagues today were no assistance.

Told me after a 45 minute wait to call tomorrow.

Unacceptable from Amazon. Maybe I should cancel monthly subscriptions.

The issue of my texts and emails coming in Spanish and trying to update credit card information was NOT resolved.

My call has not been acknowledged. I'd like to speak with a representative about F100 Felco pruners that were delivered on August 8.

I need to return them as they are too large.
